All readings and healing sessions are provided for spiritual guidance and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological services. You should always seek a qualified professional for such matters.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Personal Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes following any session. Michelle Keers accepts no liability for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided.

 

3.⁠ ⁠No Guarantees

​

Spiritual and medium readings are not an exact science. No guarantees are given regarding accuracy, outcomes, or the ability to connect with specific individuals in spirit.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Age Requirement

​

All clients must be aged 18 or over at the time of booking.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policy

​

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

​

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.  If you cancel or request to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

If more than 48 hours' notice is given, you may reschedule your session once, (subject to availability or request a full refund.  If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, the session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly, and the full fee will still apply.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Session Conduct & Boundaries

​

Michelle Keers reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time if boundaries are not respected, if inappropriate behaviour occurs, or if the session is not in alignment with professional or energetic boundaries.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Online Sessions

​

Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable private environment. Sessions must not be recorded, copied, or shared without prior written permission.

 

8.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality

​

All sessions are treated as private and confidential. However, Michelle Keers reserves the right to disclose information where required by law.

 

9.⁠ ⁠Entertainment & Spiritual Purpose

​

All services are offered in good faith and are intended for entertainment and spiritual exploration purposes only.
